Mass Milano was born from the union of Masaveu and Milan; Cayetana Blanco Masaveu’s last name, and place where the jewelry designer and founder of the company studied. This union was forged for years, during which time Cayetana specialized in Gemology and Jewelry Design. Gradually the Italian essence was adhering to the Spanish DNA, present in all its collections.
In addition to Milan, Paris (Cayetana’s second house) is another of the designer’s great passions, whose reminiscences can be seen in the details of her pieces. Since her childhood, Cayetana has lived surrounded by a dynamic and international culture that has led her to a refined understanding and appreciation of heritage and art. She decided that her studies would help her develop that feeling of beauty and aesthetics she felt she had. She studied Fashion Design at the Istituto Marangoni in London, in Central Saint Martins and finally, she completed a master’s degree in Milan. From the labor point of view, Cayetana has worked for firms such as Jimmy Choo, Ralph Lauren, Diane von Furstenberg, Saint Laurent, Celine or Vetements. Due to this training and impressions, the main focus of Mass Milano is the beauty, quality and craftsmanship of each of its pieces, while the ultimate goal of Cayetana is to create objects with a greater meaning and purpose that define their experience and way of life. But Mass Milano does not only stay in London, Paris, Milan and Madrid, since its conception of jewelry is international and does not understand borders. Each jewel is a verb, an adjective, a name, a soul, an essence … Each jewel represents the intangible, that which cannot be touched but can be felt.

All the pieces are handmade and are produced in Spain and Italy by artisan goldsmiths.
